Site is an unmanaged pine plantation with almost complete canopy cover and therefore very little ground flora. Sparse bracken and only occasional scrub cover less than 5% of the ground area.
The historic ground workings and sand pits are very evident and show no signs of change on the ground or from photos taken in 2000.
No negative indicators hence favourable condition.
